Rebecca Burns and is a PROUD HBCU Graduate! She graduated from the "Illustrious" Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA and earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. After graduation, she moved back home to Dallas, TX and started working for Education is Freedom and received her MBA. EIF is a non-profit organization that provides career and college readiness to middle school and high school students. She loves HBCUs, believes service and education are important, and wants to create scholarships for students. Thus her business was born. ISupportHBCUs was created to spread the awareness about historically black colleges and universities, create conversations, and educate others about HBCUs. She will provide financial assistance to underrepresented students with some of the proceeds from sales. Anyone can support HBCUs, whether they attended one or not.
